Founded in 2025, Equi-Start Ltd was created with a clear vision: to demystify and simplify the business side of the equestrian world.
Too many yard managers, trainers, owners and equine professionals are drowning in paperwork, struggling with marketing, or navigating recruitment challenges—when their true passion lies with the horses. Unfortunately, this lack of business support often leads to financial struggles or even closure for some of the most promising yards and equestrian businesses.

Lizzie established EQUI-START LTD in April 2025 with a strong vision - to help fellow equestrian people. She has owned horses since young enough to sit in a saddle and started her professional career at 16 years old. She attended the Royal Agricultural University and studied Bloodstock and Performance Horse Management before working with some of the top equine professionals in the industry! This varied from Grade 1 winning Racehorse trainers to private estates, leading thoroughbred sales consignments , veterinary practices and more - she has the knowledge and experience beyond her years. Lizzie has a practical, straight forward and positive mindset and is passionate to help others in the industry.
